NAZIS!!! GESTAPO!!!! Terrorizing the Immigrant Community. (Too funny)

Sorry, I don't have a link because I just saw this on the nightly news. Remember all the cries to the heavens about those mean-spirited racist Nazis with ICE who were conducting "raids?" "Oh, they're splitting up families..." Actually, those raids were targeting individuals who had already been through the system and been ordered deported. Some were big time criminals. Others were ordered deported because they didn't even show for their hearings. A few might have been picked up because ICE, when they went looking for Scott Kim Valdez, ran into another illegal or two.

Anyway, my point was "So what?" What's the difference between an illegal alien getting picked up or any citizen getting picked up? Citizens don't have children? Citizens don't have families that are split up when mom or dad goes to jail or prison?

So this story comes on the news about Spaulding County, Ga. and how the police are out arresting people who haven't paid their traffic tickets!!! That's right. And on top of the fines there's another $250 or so tacked on for issuing the bench warrant. Some jurisdictions handle these things differently. Some simply flag you so if you get stopped again, you go to jail. Others might suspend your license or tag. Get stopped, so sad, too bad, you go to jail and your car gets impounded.

So why aren't these citizens screaming to the heavens? Where are the politicians boo-hooing about the terrible hardship this places on families or how unfair it is? Where are the whining bleeding-heart reporters to cover this grave injustice?
