Massive Computer Connection Problems. Charter Cable Sucks

i don't know how long I'll be on before the connection goes, again. Bad part is I also have my phone thru the cable, so I lose both. It's been like this for days.

  2. Ok, got hold of Charter and somebody's supposed to come out today, for all the good it does. I've had nothing but problems out of Charter. Sometimes the phone, sometimes the computer, most of the time both go out. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for days. My computer and phone have been out, off and on for hours at a time, for the last 5 days. There is no excuse. Sad part, they're the only game in town for high speed until AT&T can get set up in this area.
