Another Poll on Illegals. This Time in New Jersey
(yawn) In case you aren't aware, polls are commonly manipulated to achieve whatever agenda driven results are being sought. I laugh about a couple of things in this article. Notice the first line or so, then notice how the poll results kind of go in a different direction.
NEWARK, N.J. -- About two-thirds of New Jerseyans would offer a path to citizenship to illegal aliens who have lived and worked in the United States for at least two years, according to a poll released Sunday.
Nearly all the rest surveyed, 30 percent, said illegal immigrants should be deported, the Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey poll found.
The findings on citizenship and work were similar to a national poll in May by CBS News and The New York Times. Ha! That was the poll they tried to tout then covered up the fact that 69% of people responded that they wanted illegals prosecuted and deported.
About 75 percent of those surveyed said illegal immigration was a serious problem for New Jersey, and nearly 90 percent said it was a serious problem for the United States, the poll found
