Boulder police announce arrest in 1997 rape and murder.

This doesn't say, like so many articles, if the ACCUSED is an illegal or not. Not all foreign nationals are in this country illegally. And the article leaves other questions unanswered. In another article I read that the victim was beaten with a baseball bat and raped, then left to die. The GOOD part is that, no matter his immigration status, they have the  ACCUSED scumbag off the streets and may have solved an old case.

If Guilty, please burn in hell. You'll have to read it for yourself. I'm having an impossible time trying to highlight, drag and drop excerps.
