Charlotte, N.C. Illegal alien arrested after standoff.

Just doing those jobs Americans won't do. Like there's a shortage of gang members and forgers? Not enough people shooting at the police?

Police have idetified the man who they say forged DMV documents and is responsible for a standoff Wednesday in northwest Charlotte.

Officers were called to the home on Langston Mill Road to serve a warrant on Rafael Rivas. When they suspected Rivas was an illegal immigrant and possibly a member of the MS-13 gang, they called in the SWAT team.

As officers tried to enter the home, police say Rivas' brother, Gilberto, fired shots. Police returned fire and hit Gilberto. He was taken to the hospital and listed in critical condition. It would break my damned heart if this poor, otherwise law abiding, "immigrant" died.

Authorities went to the house next door and took 12 people into custody. Police found that 11 were in the country illegally.
