Gov. Spitzer might resign. Breaks my heart.

Spitzer is the traitorous son of a bitch that wanted to give illegal aliens driver's licenses. That whole thing exploded in his face. Now, he's named in a case involving a high-price call girl service, probably as a customer. There's some speculation that he'll have to resign. Wouldn't it be a stitch if he ended up making license plates?

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has apologized to his family and the public, without elaborating on reported links to a prostitution ring.

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has admitted involvement in a prostitution ring, The New York Times reports.

Spitzer has told senior advisers that he had been involved in a prostitution ring, The New York Times reported Monday, citing an anonymous top administration official.

Spitzer is married with three daughters.

The Times reported that a person with knowledge of the governor's role believes the governor is identified as a client in court papers. Four people allegedly connected to a high-end prostitution ring called Emperors Club VIP were arrested last week.

 

His cases as state attorney general included a few criminal prosecutions of prostitution rings and into tourism involving prostitutes.

In 2004, he was part of an investigation of an escort service in New York City that resulted in the arrest of 18 people on charges of promoting prostitution and related charges.

This guy is history, tail-lights, once was, used to be, gone, poof, a memory. No way he's staying in office.

This has become standard procedure for politicians caught up in sexual liasons outside the marriage. The mayor of Detroit pulled the same stunt. Got on TV with his wife and apologized his ass off, but didn't resign and admitted nothing.

  1. Burns, as you know, I live in New York State. Elliot Spitzer is perhaps the most arrogant politician, next to Hillary and Bill on this planet. He is alleged to have used the State Police to secretly investigate his Republican rival. Ironically, he busted a prostitution ring, similar to the one that he is alleged to have used. I hear all of these people talking about how they feel sorry for Spitzer. I say, "To Hell With Elliot Spitzer." If he doesn't go to jail for this, I will know that we have a double standard. Marion Jones sits in a federal pen this evening. Her crying lying about the use of steroids and engaging in a check cashing scheme. Her crime is nothing compared to Spitzer's, but she is in jail. This SOB had better do time in the clink. As State Attorney General, he placed a lot of people behind bars. For him to walk free, would be a travesty of justice. Remember, this guy is alleged to have had sex with a prostitute. This prostitute was part of a crime family, which includes "The Mafia." The "Golden Boy" knew this.

    It always cracks me up when the guys that are supposed to be cleaner than clean are dirty as hell. Often, I think it's the system of corruption they reside. But I have a bug about Spitzer, so I ain't shedding no tears.

  3. In psychology, the term is called, "Reaction Formation." People like this hypocrite will rail against the very thing that he is most desirous of. Inside, the man is a crook. It was just a matter of time before this arrogant jackass "Brought Himself Down." And get this, the feds have "Film Of This Guy With The Prostitute, And Phone Calls." The public should demand that these salient items be released!
