Illegal faces multiple charges of identity theft.
Why wasn't this thieving bitch deported? Why was she allowed to stay and commit even more crimes?
An illegal immigrant charged last month for allegedly stealing and using customers' credit card numbers while working at a Sheboygan restaurant is facing new charges after another victim came forward, officials said Tuesday.
Monica Calderon-Calvo, 26 of 2332 Carmen Ave., Apt. 4G, was charged Monday with felony identity theft after a woman read a newspaper article on the previous offenses and told police she had been victimized as well, according to a criminal complaint released Tuesday.
Calderon-Calvo has previously admitted to using a stolen credit card to pay a utility bill, and the Sheboygan Falls woman's credit card was used to pay $177.73 to Charter Communications.
Calderon-Calvo faces up to three years in prison if convicted on the new charges. The prior charges, three counts of identify theft, carry penalties of up to nine years. She was also sentenced to three years probation last month on another count of identify theft. Why not deported then?
Calderon-Calvo remains in jail in lieu of a $250 cash bond. She has entered a not guilty plea to the first three charges. 250$ bond???? Are you shittin' me? I can't believe somebody hasn't bailed her out and she skipped out of the country.
