I don't know about other possible legislation but on this piece they pulled the typical, "Ahh, gee, ahh, it could have constitutional problems." Why don't you gutless bastards look to Arizona, Oklahoma, Georgia and Tennessee? Bottom line: These slime, like so many others, don't want to do anything to punish the criminals that hire illegals or cut off their supply of cheap labor.

It makes me want to puke. Our government would rather have thousands of citizens slaghtered than to take the needed steps and secure the border. I know they can't keep everybody out but everytime they catch a potential murdering scumbag, another asshole with prior convictions, that's one less scumbag we have to deal with and who knows how many fewer crimes.
