I know a little, very little, about "fair use." I've read about a few cases and the line isn't very clearly drawn. Basically, you can't profit from other people's property, including the written word. AP seems to want and take that to a different level, that you can't use any of their "property" unless you pay. Humm. Another battle for the courts. I've heard some news groups are bigger hard-asses than others. I don't know.

About time. I've read stories about how illegals are caught up to, probably over, 12 times trying to sneak in this country and nothing happens to them. Sounds like this is an effort to target the scum bags that have previous criminal convictions and have been caught here, again, after being deported. Put their asses in jail then deport them. There needs to be a penalty. Simply tossing them knowing they'll be right back isn't much of a fine.

I don't get why they can't kick in doors as any other law enforcement officers are allowed if they have cause. If I'm wanted for an outstanding warrant, and the police know I'm in the residence, they can ask nicely for me to come out then smash the door down if I don't come out.

As predicted, as expected, and as being seen, illegals are getting the word and fewer are making the trip. Some are targeting other states. Just read a bit about Canada needing workers. Oh, those poor bastards. Just wait until that word gets around and illegals start getting established.

ACCUSED scumbag

Isaias Linares,28, is wanted by Miami police in connection to a case of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation and conduct on a minor less than 12 years of age. The department says he is on the run after it obtained a warrant for his arrest.

The mother said after she confronted Linares, he fled. Police explained that he is an undocumented illegal alien from El Salvador.
