Illegal charged with sexually assaulting 17 year old girl

Another typical skimpy story. Was his victim an illegal? Does he have a prior arrest record? If so, did anyone notify ICE?

Alleged scumbag

A 30-year-old man was charged Wednesday by the Jasper County prosecutor’s office with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl.

A charge of forcible sodomy was filed against Leonardo Valentin Portillo, an immigrant from El Salvador who has been living in the United States for the past eight years illegally, according to a news release issued by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department.

 

Portillo was being held Wednesday at the Jasper County Jail on $5,000 bond. Are you shittin' me? That's what, about $500 bail? This piece of shit shouldn't have a bond set. He shouldn't be released until after he's acquited or does his time and then he should be deported.

The Sheriff’s Department said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was notified of Portillo’s arrest. Well, thank you very much. Do you report all illegals or only the rapists?
