Presidente Fox still spewing crap

@ 12:46 PM (6 months, 24 days ago)

He's still trying to sell the "The US can't survive without them and they're doing us a favor" crap.

Dirtbag

Much of the U.S. public and some of the country's leaders do not fully comprehend the importance of Mexican immigrants to the U.S. economy and are confusing those immigrants with terrorists, former Mexico President Vicente Fox said. Bullshit. We see the fact that our borders are wide open to terrorists or repeat offending rapists, murderers, child molesters, etc.. and we'd like to see some stronger efforts made at keeping them out.

Fox also spoke about free trade, saying the North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, has created millions of jobs in Mexico and drawn billions of dollars in investments to that nation, making its trade balance the seventh largest in the world and larger than all of the Latin-American nations combined. Well, I'm happy for you. But the bleeding hearts still want to argue that NAFTA is why so many Mexican illegals are coming here, which is total bullshit. We had millions of illegals here BEFORE NAFTA came into being.

"What some people don't understand is that Mexican immigrants make it possible for the U.S. to compete in the global market," Fox said. "If they can't get to work, who is going to do their work, build the roads, the houses, pick the crops? I call on all U.S. governors to use common sense when addressing these type of issues." Bad news, Fox, you deceitful myth spewing asshole. I just posted about some jobs where we see the most illegals and guess what? Most of the workers are LEGAL. Farmworkers? 76% are legal. Construction? About 90% are legal. Food preperation? Think it was about 90% legal workers. Remember the Swift raids? They arrested about 10% of the workers. Which means about 90% were legal workers. They didn't give a stat on how many were american citizens or guest workers but I'll bet most were citizens, doing those jobs Americans won't do.

  1. Its all bullshit...the mainthing he is concerned about is the money sent "back home" to mexico to support families...by a lot of the illegals...its actually a part of their GNP, so Ive heard....riff

  2. Second largest income to Mexico is remittances from their immigrants. Only revenue from oil is more. It stopped growing last year and is dropping a little this year. Calderon and others are not happy.
