Illegal accused of raping 4 year old girl

Thank God he was arrested in a locality that screens for illegals and he didn't get bailed out.

Thank you, Prince William, Virginia.

Police said Julio Cesar Huaman-Usca, 24, was baby sitting two of his distant relatives Wednesday night when he allegedly raped one of the girls.

 

Prince William County's strict immigration policy took effect earlier this month.

It allows law enforcement officials to check the citizenship status of anyone suspected of committing a crime. This should be the law of the land. Screen all arrestees and NO BAIL for illegals.
