Drunken illegal alien sentenced for death of Marine and female companion

This was a case that's been stalled for a while. The first plea bargain was tossed bt the judge seemingly because it was too light in her eyes. Fine with me. NOT said is whether or not this illegal had priors, as is so often the case.

Sad.

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -- A man responsible for the drunken-driving deaths of a Marine and his date in a Thanksgiving 2006 car crash was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years in prison with another 10 years suspended.
