The two most outrageous sexual assaults on children by illegal aliens that I kinda recall, and I'm too lazy to look them up as I'm sure I posted those stories, are the one where some 50 plus year-old illegal assaulted 2 very young girls and only received deportation. The other one was where some illegal sexually assaulted a 9-year-old but left the 7-year-old sister alone. Said the 7-year-old was too young. Gee, great sense of morality.

I see this on a regular basis. Basically, some jails are on the 287 (g) program and handle the whole illegal alien thing. Others are on a program where they call ICE and sometimes ICE picks up illegals, sometimes not. But when these jails talked about screening for illegals the pro-illegal bunch whined, as always, that it was going to lead to overcrowding. Why overcrowding? Boot their asses out and over to ICE. Less local dollars going to house these jerks.

Happens all the time, the only difference is that it's a "she" as the driver. They cram as many as possible in a vehicle that's not set up for that kind of load. The vihicle is unstable, they end up having a wreck. sometimes people die, and the driver hauls ass never to be seen again. There have been several instances I've written about where the damned smuggler jumped out of the vehicle as it was rolling down the road, leaving he occupants at the mercy of God.

It's very simple. Any and every iota of effort to weed out illegal aliens from jobs or to stop rewarding them for breaking our laws is opposed by the pro-illegal thumb-suckers. And they ALWAYS try some feigned red herring alibi. Their standard excuse for opposing E-Verify is that it's not 100% accurate. Duh. But anyone flagged  can contest it and, if they're legal, get it straightened out. My only concern was on how much time was given for that purpose. I think they should get 30 days. Excellent. I'd like to see every employer pay when one of their illegal hires commits a crime, especially on company time. I'm no lawyer but I don't think this kind of lawsuit is unusual, illegal alien or not. If you have an employee get drunk and plow a company vehicle into somebody you might be facing a big bucks civil trial. I'm a little surprised that the family would file now rather than wait for the criminal charges to be resolved but I guess that really doesn't matter. I have little doubt thye won't proceed with the civil case until after the criminal part is adjudicated.

Funny, we've had drug dealers for a very long time but that didn't equal kidnappings. However, as it's a cultural thing with dealers from south of the border, when the Mexican , etc.. dealers come around then kidnappings go up. There's another little aspect to that. In Mexico some people conspire with other to "kidnap" themselves for the ransom. It's always about the money. Got a rich relative? Simple, vanish to your buddy's house for a while. Have threats and demands made until the family pays up. They're so happy you made it back alive, and you're so happy to have all that money stashed some place.

This is all too common. Typicaly, illegals pay or agree to pay X dollars to be smuggled. Unknown to them they may be held captive until they can contact friends or relatives to pay even more money for their release. You know what, I haven't kept up with overall drug seizures but I do know they are at high, no pun intended. The submarine story, stories of smugglers going to great lengths to create imposter government vehicles, etc.. tells me that things are getting harder for the drug runners. Woo-Hoo, this is good, this is real good. Arpaio, I don't know about other law enforcement people, starting charging illegals as co-conspirators under Arizona's new anti-smuggler laws. I've said this more than a few times, it usually takes more than a hard stance on illegal immigration to win elections.
