Government to cut off money for illegal alien care at hospitals

This is so wrong. The fed let this problem grow until it's a monster but don't want to help pay for it, they want the states to eat it.

Tucson-area hospitals estimate that providing emergency care for illegal immigrants has cost them more than $66 million since 2005.

The federal government has reimbursed them for $13 million of that through a Medicare program that began in 2005.

But on Oct. 1, the beginning of the federal 2009 fiscal year, even that financial help will go away when the reimbursement program ends.

If we have to provide care for those illegals, it should come with an "ICE" trip......Turn in to "Ice" every single one that shows up, and give them a one way boot in the ass, once they are medicaly clear....I bet ya pennies to dollars, that if the word got out the problem would vanish....."welcome to state general ER..now lets get that knife or gun shot fixed, and as soon as we are done here...Federal Agent Smith will arrange your trip back to where you crawled from"...........Bet ya it would work......riff
