Illegal aliens gets 2 years for re-entry

Good. chances are he won't do the two years and, not said, was anything about his criminal record. Ahh, there's some reason he showed up on the radar.

U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab sentenced Ignacio Rivera-Vazquez, 22, to 24 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. He will be deported.

Rivera-Vazquez was removed from the United States on Jan. 26, 2000, but was in Pennsylvania on March 16, 2008, without having applied for permission to return to the United States, prosecutors said.
