Illegal alien confesses to sexual assault of disabled woman

On Sept. 28 at around 1:20 a.m., a sexual assault that occured on the 2800 block of N. University Dr. was reported. A physically disabled 28-year-old woman said that an unknown man entered her home and sexually assaulted her in bed.After an investigation, police arrested a 35-year-old man that lives in the area on Oct. 7.
He confessed to being an illegal immigrant from Mexico and that he is currently on probation from a domestic disorderly conduct conviction.He also confessed to sexually assaulting the woman and is in police custody on a probation violation hold.
Why wasn't he deported? Why do we continue to put up with this? How many have to be victimized who have already been arrested for other offenses? This POS shouldn't be here and there is no excuse.
