Judge Linda Hunter. DeKalb County, Ga. BITCH

@ 10:17 PM (12 months, 8 days ago)
Just found out that Hunter ran opposed for the second time during her reign of terror. I have a huge personal bug up my ass about her and make no bones about it. Sadly, I believe she was re-elected. I wish the hell I'd heard about this before, I would have volunteered to confront that bitch before  any forum, anywhere.

I won't go into the particulars but I had a civil case languish and die in her court for three years where time was a critical factor. Also, she showed me what a piece of puke a judge can be and how they can rule with a total disregard to the law or concept of justice. Judges can totally ignore the law with impunity.

Anyway, I broke out laughing at a couple of pieces in this article.

Unjust, power-crazed, cowardly bitch

The contest between Superior Court Judge Linda Hunter and attorney Tom Stubbs has become the hottest local race on the Nov. 4 ballot.

Stubbs, a 17-year Decatur attorney, is trying to unseat the incumbent judge who has blazed trails in DeKalb County courts for 26 years.

Hunter made history as the first African American on the DeKalb State Court bench in 1987. In 1991, she became the first African-American woman appointed to the 10-member Superior Court bench and 17 years later she is still the only African-American woman on that bench

Hunter, and Stubbs who is white, have been sparring for months in newspaper articles and at candidate forums, but things came to a head last week when Stubbs called Hunter's bonding her husband out of jail in 2005 "judicial impropriety."

On Oct. 4, Hunter skipped the only debate so far in South DeKalb county between the two. No surprise that cowardly bitch was a no-show.

Stubbs hopes to dislodge Hunter by highlighting issues with her temperament, her handling of people in her courtroom, and with the bond-setting incident. But are any of her actions as egregious as Mitchell's?

DeKalb Sheriff's records show that Hunter set the $650 bond on Nov. 4 2005 for the release of Lonnie Herd, her husband of two years at the time, four hours and four minutes after he was arrested in a domestic incidence at their Atlanta home.

While the action violated the state Judicial Canons, Hunter says it was a personal matter that involved no other victim.

Stubbs says Hunter abused her power by releasing her husband.

"She did something that no one could do," he said. "Others would have had to wait 36 hours in jail and pay a bond of $2,500. He got out in four hours paying hardly anything by virtue of being her husband. That undercuts public confidence in the judicial system." WHAT? She pulled this crap to get her new husband out of jail after a  domestic incident? What kind of domestic incident? Did her new husband beat her ass or something? Gee, that would break my heart. I'd be crying in my pillow all night if that happened.  Wonder how all this is going to be swept under the carpet?

Well, maybe there is a little justice in this world. Maybe that bitch is getting her ass beat on a regular basis. I can only hope.
