Border Patrol Officer Shoots and Kills "Suspected" Robber

I love the "suspected" "alleged" thing.  Basically, unless they're convicted or somebody of legal status says so, the perp is always a suspect.

Thank you, Officer. Glad you weren't killed.

YUMA — An agent with the U.S. Border Patrol shot at two robbery suspects who tried to run him over in their car early Tuesday morning, killing one.
The agent happened upon a robbery in progress at a Circle K convenience store in Yuma at about 1 a.m., Border Patrol spokesman Ben Vik said.
