"But they'll be too afraid to report crimes." Destroying another myth.

I spend lots of time looking up facts to debunk the many myths surrounding the issue of illegal aliens. Everything from the "Tonto Defense" to the "Statue of Liberty" play to the "They only take low paying jobs Americans won't do" to the "Splitting up families' whine that we hear so often. Along with the "Massive" work place raids. All BS.

Let me give an example of their total BS hypocrisy, the "Splitting up families" defense. The fact is that many of these gate-crashers leave their families behind, sometimes for years. They don't seem very concerned about "splitting up families" then, do they? They only start whining when they get caught here and their butts face deportation. Then they cry to the heavens. Total, damned, sympathy seeking hypocrites.

Another common argument heard from pro-illegals, and some police chiefs, goes something like: "We don't want them to be afraid to come forward and report crimes...And if we acted as Immigration Agents then they'd be afraid." MY ASS. Ever heard that BS applied to any other criminals? Ever heard a police chief saying, "Ahh, we don't bust prostitutes and drug dealers because, if we did, they wouldn't come forward to report crimes?" Hell no. They only apply that bogus argument to illegals. In fact, as best I've seen, cops don't ask about immigration status when they're investigating crimes. Their main focus is catching the bad guys. I'm fine with that, to a point. If, for example, they encounter a potential witness or victim that also happens to be a wanted scum bag, and the cops don't even bother to find out, then they are jerks.

Simple solution: Report and deport all of them. Witnesses, victims and perps. Problem solved.  But this BOGUS argument they put out about reporting crimes is just that, BOGUS. Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm sure some illegals are afraid to step forward. Same as prostitutes and drug dealers. Fine. Stay and keep getting robbed, whatever, or leave. Or: "Look, asshole. You're going to be deported either way, but if you act as a witness then this country might consider letting you apply for a visa in the next couple of years. Don't want to testify? Fine, your ass can't apply for ten years and if you're caught here, again, you'll go to a nice tent prison." That's the way to handle that crap.
